My D&D collection - now with pictures of minis!

Hmm. Ok. I know I've got nowhere near as many D&D books as Diaglo.

It is, in fact, a "small" collection. Not buying many 2e books have left it much less impressive than it otherwise could be. I also find it very difficult to find d20 System books (although there aren't *that* many that interest me).

Still, it's getting pretty close to needing another shelf.

Take a look. There's a picture at the bottom of the page.
http://www.geocities.com/merricb/dndbooks.htm

I have my 3.5e books and those 3e hardcovers that are directly compatible with 3e on the top shelf.

The next shelf holds my collection of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. I have all the 3e issues, but few issues before that. (OTOH, I have the Dragon Magazine Archive on CD-ROM).

The third shelf holds the rulebooks for Basic, 1e, 2e and 3e - those that haven't moved to shelf 1.

The fourth shelf is the 1e & 2e adventures and boxed sets I've accumulated.

EDIT: The D&D Mini pictures are down lower in the thread.

Cheers!

When looking at that collection, I notice how many D&D 3.5e books I do not have ;). But I spent much more on third party material.

Btw, Merric, your direct links to EN World reviews don't work (or, maybe, only for community supporters?) and the one to the D&D Gazetteer, either.

Yep. When people reconfigure their systems, my old links no longer work. :(

I should go through and correct that, I suppose.

Cheers!

Not to hijack, Merric, but do you also have links to your playtest breakdowns of classes from the "Complete" series (I think that was on rpg.net)? I recently wanted to look at those again, but I think I failed to bookmark them.

Hmpf. Lucky bastard. You've got a lot of older stuff I want. ;)

A very cool collection. I always chuckle when I see people's AD&D 1e stuff--the long row of orange spines broken by a blue and yellow Fiend Folio. :p

Strangely, I really enjoy it when people post pictures of their collections (this happened at dragonsfoot awhile back). Must mean I'm a true geek or something.

;)

Hmm. I don't think that was me. (I may be mistaken).

Cheers!

Nice collection, I think my D&D stuff takes up 1 and a 1/2 of those style bookshelves.

Now, if we add Vampire/Werewolf/etc, Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk, Rifts, Fading Suns, etc, etc, etc...My collection take up *gulp* FOUR and a half of those bookshelves. :heh:

And then there the three bookshelves of non-gaming books. :heh: :heh: :heh:
