My face is twitching

Usually, the tic will go away after a few minutes. Do you know what's causing it? Stress? That's usually why my eyelid starts twitching every once in a while.

Demiurge out.

Possible potassium deficiency. I get twitches sometimes, usu. my eyelid or shoulder. I eat a couple of bananas and it goes away.

Actually i had the same thing about 2 months ago. My right cheek would twitch, and it was really annoying. It took a while for it to go away (probably because i didnt eat what i needed to).

Ahhh, tics. I have Tourette Syndrome, I know tics and twitches well. TS gives me arm tics like crazy. And when I get mad get en eye twitch like you wouldnt believe. My eyelid goes crazy. Never had a twitch in my smile muscles though. I dont smile much, so that may have something to do with it. Have you been smiling a lot lately? Or maybe you NEED to smile and your muscles are trying to tell you something?

Lol, I'm pretty sure it's just potassium deficiency :)

I used to wake up with painful cramps in my calves from that. Blah. Hurt for a few days afterwards.

Point your toes to your chin when that happens, that cramp will go away much faster.

I had a friend who has Tourette Syndrome. He had neck twitches, worse the more stressed he got... Not to mention making weird noises in his throat/back of mouth as well.
