Ok, I'm looking for a little assistance from people who are a lot better versed in monsters, CRs and such than I am.
I am currently playing a gnome sorcerer named Derik who is also a budding alchemist. Derik's alchemy focuses on cheeses.
I've ported over some of the basic alchemy products like the Tanglefoot Bag (now Toe-Cheese) and have created a few new ones like Stinking Cheese which is roughly a very small area, one-round Stinking Cloud effect.
Derik's next project is: Munster Cheese! I was thinking of having the thrown cheese burst into one or two little cheese golems of limited duration that attempt to inflict acid damage on the nearest target. Maybe give them 2 hitpoints and have their attacks do 1pt of damage.
Can anyone recommend stats for a cheese golem? Is there a creature out there that would be a good comparison or template to what I am thinking of here? The way I see it, an alchemical concoction (and so a cheese golem) is between cantrips and 1st level spells in power.
