Actually that would be the scrotum , not the testicles. More accurately (and more inclusive of both genders) it would be the region between the genitals and the anus.

I think I've heard of it. It's the one with the trap disguised to look like a gaping, black, demon's mouth and if you put anything in there you get a big surprise. That's the one right?

I had never heard the term with that definition, and will continue to ignore it. Much as I know both meanings of Glory Hole, but fully realize that it is used in the mining and prospecting sense in the title of GHDM.

Idiom covers so many areas that it is far easier to just ignore it, and pay no mind to Tom, Dick, and Harry. Too many words have been used as sexual euphemisms.

*EDIT* When we played ToH we lost two people there - one tried to save the other.... ToH is part of what makes me grumpy.... Losing the one, not so bad, but to lose they guy who's only fault was to try to save his buddy? Not fun. I pretty much avoided all Gygax modules after that.
