Nisarg, you make me want to crack open my Rules Cyclopedia and start a D&D game!
Do you plan on using any of the Creature books like Top Ballista or Tall Tales of the Wee Folk?

Getting lost in fantasy maps
How are you keeping all the options straight, and available for access? I mean that's a ton of options!
Do you have one RC for the whole group, or do you have multiple RCs for the players?

I've decided not to use those charts, as they are a little too far in the "optional" territory for what I consider a "classic" game.
Thus far, the Halfling continues to be the most dominant player in the party. Keep in mind that even though he won't be going up in level, he will be gaining more attack ranks, weapon mastery slots, more skills, he'll be gaining the fighter options pretty soon (smash!), and will gain halfling resistance to breath weapons (he already has resistance to spells).
So I wouldn't be too worried for the Halfling. Really the only thing that would change if he went up in level would be that he'd gain more hit points.

In the campaign as I'm running it, PCs believe gnomes to be extinct for now; and what I'm planning to do is eventually have the players find out that the surviving gnomes have all moved to flying cities. So yes, I will be using the Top Ballista material.
But god knows when; its been weeks now that the PCs have been dawdling in the Five Shires, and months since they've been anywhere other than there and Karameikos. Here I spend a fortune on all the books, and they're perfectly happy with making all but two of them useless.

You only really need 1-3 gazetteers to run a complete campaign, IMO. More than that, and it might be hard to keep focus. Plus I always suffer from 'information overload'...
Still, I envy your collection!

I'm using everything that makes sense to use; Druids as an advanced option for clerics, paladins/avengers for fighters, mystics as an allowed class, Attack Ranks and post-levelmax advancement for demi-humans, weapon mastery, skills, Fighter combat options.
But anyways, to answer your latter question, I'm the only one with a copy of the RC, or any of the books for that matter. But we make due.
