What's the titan-divine race ratio over there?

Actually there's a good bit of Titanspawn but there's also many people of divine origins, (mostly tribal humans) that follow neither god nor titan. Many, such as the gnomes and the Terali, follow nature spirits or natural spirits more than actual titans or gods.
Still there are the Charduni, and their undead armies, the Calastians and some paladins of Madriel. Corean doesn't seem to be catching much of a break though.

Do they have as many city states?

No.

What's the new race like?

The terali are a race of human-like leopard people that are druidic in nature, following their ancestor spirits as well the land spirits. They are fierce warriors, semi-nomadic in nature. Their leaders, who have black pelts, are called the mark terali. These have sorcererous powers. They are a highly spiritual people but like many in the jungles of the Gamulganjus have forsworn all gods and titans. The lands in the jungles here are called the Land with No Gods by most of the inhabitants.

Are there any goods on the Forsaken elves over there like the name of their dead god?

Well you'll see a LOT of changes between each realm of the Forsaken elves, but no, no name for their lost god. I however know it SINCE I have forsworn. It's Jandaveos.

Yes it was but Joe probably doesn't know that. And yes Joe it is a novel, but don't worry,you're not missing much. All it is just one little forsaken elven priest attempt to raise his god. There are other Forsaken elves doing that too, especially in Kasiavael, The Sky Sight Realm. They have a lot of wizards there, many of whom are almost as depraved as Glivid Autel but they are at least kind enough to try to BIND their evil outsiders along with undead and other strange powerful entities.

Do the Termana gnolls differ from the MM gnolls in any significant way?

No, it's not. I just got lucky and it came with something else I ordered.

Termana gnolls and regular gnolls are no different SAVE their favored class is either barbarian OR ranger. And their ELC is +2.

Blood Bayou? Is this like a haunted house or something?

Uhm no. It's a more of a haunted/demented swamp, run by a very powerful creature called the Jack of Tears, the Momus, and other "color" appelations. He and his "Carnival of Shadows" run the place along with other countries in Termana. They also have some ties in the port cities of Shelzar and Rahoch. They favor neither gods or the Titans. The people they "collect" are the mad, the unfortunate, and the lost. They divide themselves up into Krewes, each with a specific leader, and a specific task.

Queen Ran, rules the Krewe of Waves, and while she nominally answers to the Jack, she's an independent sort. A kraken of enomous power and size, she rules a good portion of the Blood Sea and collects tributes for the Jack and her self.

Demoiselle Antunes rules the Krewe of Mangroves. These are the deformed and often strange creatures that serve to protect and aid the interests of the exiles and misanthropes of the bayou. The Lady is a formible spellcaster and one who might have existed in another form from before the Titanswar.

Baron Mirth rules the Krewe of Bones. They are the miltary arm of the Carnival of Shadows, and serve through mostly undead means. Baron is a strong military bent to him and all that follow him tend to favor such approach.

Lord Quick is the ruler of the Krewe of Plagues. He acts as internal security advisor as well as act as kind of entertainment for the Jack. Lord Quick is an ambitious sort and might try to vie for the Jack's power. Of course anyone that's crossed the Jack rarely gets the chance to live long enough or well enough to consider it again.
