Updates
2011January30th- I added a selection menu for gender. It gives an initial error then works fine. When I work out the issues, all the fields will appear when the bold values are clicked allowing you to enter a new value without an alert box.
There is now a direction arrow image for each character which can be saved with the other game state data.
Fixes
Some of the quotes and apostrophes are automatically removed in the default.js save data so that it is less prone to break when you cut and paste it into the default.js file.
To Do
Lots to do.
1. Float the character or monster's menu to the top of the left hand column when you click on the game piece.
2. Auto remove temporary conditions, bonuses and penalties.
3. Continue to work on the key word matches of each power to add things like auto save throws and opportunity cues.
Solicitations
If any of you know of a way we can get away from alerts and directly update each field in Javascript, give me the code.
If you want me to play test your characters and some monsters you design, respond with the stats in this forum thread.
Excuses
..as to why this may not work in your Firefox.
I live in Japan and have character encoding of UTF-8. If I use encoding tags in this tracker it tends to break some of the programing.
If you don't want to play test the program, you can have a look at what it looks like for me.
