D&D 5E Mystics Multiclassing

The unearthed arcana codex was released full of modified unearthed arcana material, including the mystic which only has 10 levels. Does this mean one can only obtain 10 levels as a mystic and must multiclass to advance further? Or would one have to continue gaining mystic levels and simply not get any additional bonusses aside from die increases for some of the disciplines?

The unearthed arcana codex may have been someone's pet project which doesn't include the latest version of the mystic. You can get the current playtest material off the DMs Guild with a full 20 levels for the mystic class or find the UA artical with all 20 levels on the DnD website.

Also, the Mystic, as well as any other full class in a UA article, is not yet balanced for proper multiclassing, so keep that in mind if you do decide to multiclass.
