Not to be a wet blanket, but outside the core three books they've very carefully not recycled old book titles in the 5e era. And you can see why; between the influx of new players and the number of old books up on DM's Guild, the last thing they want is someone mistakenly buying the wrong Draconomicon.

I am 100% confident that it'll follow the 5e naming convention of [Lore Character]'s [Thing] of [Things]. And maybe they'll slip the word "Draconomicon" into that somehow, who knows. But it won't just be Draconomicon: 5e edition.
