Not to be a wet blanket, but outside the core three books they've very carefully not recycled old book titles in the 5e era. And you can see why; between the influx of new players and the number of old books up on DM's Guild, the last thing they want is someone mistakenly buying the wrong Draconomicon.Draconomicon. Short, sweet, and traditional.

I am 100% confident that it'll follow the 5e naming convention of [Lore Character]'s [Thing] of [Things]. And maybe they'll slip the word "Draconomicon" into that somehow, who knows. But it won't just be Draconomicon: 5e edition.
