Names for Swords!

In the manga (and anime) Inu-Yasha, we see a sword called Tetsusaiga "the steel-cleaving fang".

The sword looks and functions like a rusty piece of junk until its wielded to protect humans, at which point it becomes a magnificent blade, until its stopped being directly used to protect humans, at which point it becomes a rusty piece of junk again.

Actually, iirc, Icingdeath was the human moniker for the white dragon that Drizzt and Wulfgar killed. That scimitar was just found in the dragon's hoard.

Ah, yes, but in the FRCS, the scimitar in question (+3 frost scimitar) is referred to as Icingdeath. It was also referred to as such in Baldur's Gate I and II.
As for more sword names, Prometheus, for an intelligent LN bastard sword (from The Intercontinental Union of Disgusting Characters) is pretty good, as is Lich's Claw (a frost falchion in my campaign, owned by a spellsword lich).

The defense rests.

Doesn't Terminus mean The End?

If you are referring to the sword Terminus Est, it has sort of a double meaning. It can mean either "This is the End" or "This is the Line of Division."

Either way, it's a badass name.
