Blood and Shadows? There's so much great stuff in it, aside from language, usable in any setting.
Here's a sample from that book:
"Unlike the surface elves, the dark elves speak their own Drow language. Though this language still uses the High Elven alphabet, it also includes the letters "K" and "X." The symbols for these are based upon combined letters from the High Elven alphabet, being "CA" and "EC," respectively. Because of this variation, a list of drow names is presented here. Identical consonant pairs are always separated by an apostrophe, which indicates a delay when spoken. Words or titles formed by the joining of two words into one, such as keel'thaile (keel = holy; thaile = warrior) are also separated by an apostrophe. Identical vowel pairs indicate bad luck, and are almost never seen in a drow's name. Twilight elves do not follow these rules, but use the Low and High Elven tongues common to the surface elves.
