Naming the world

Yes...yes. This is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it...This Land.
I think we should call it your grave!
Ah! Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

Oh no, Pelor, oh dear Pelor in the sky...

And I have called mine The Twist, which stands for That Which Is Seen Today. But people don't use it to mean the planet/entire known world as they don't think is such terms, they use it literally to mean that which they have seen today.

People call the world they live on one of two things:

The World, or
Dirt.

(Just like they call themselves The People.)

The only difference is the language its said/written in.
