Makoto has always held himself back just a little, because he knows that he is special to his clan because of his blood. If Makoto had applied himself fully to his academy training he would have vastly outclassed his fellow student because of the power coursing through his blood.

Description: Makoto is of a diminutive stature with raven black hair and ice blue eyes. He keeps his shoulder length, straight hair pulled back and out of his face. Over his ice blue eyes is a pair of wire rimmed glasses. Without his glasses, Makoto would qualify as being near-sighted. He can be typically seen wearing a shirt, and slacks of varying colors. It looks quite promising, and i'm glad to see it has some good fan-artists lined up. If there are guidelines for creating new jutsus, i definitely want to play this...

There are loose guidelines for creating new jutsu right now. We also have approximately 70 jutsu already made with many more ideas floating around. If you want to see more than what I have done here please tell Frankto on here, or at his message boards which I linked to in the first post. I will however continue to put up more characters here as I create them, as well as posting them to my Naruto D20 website. There are also characters on that site that should be a treat for all of the die-hard Naruto fans that are out there.
