Hello, folks!
I'm an experienced GM looking for players with an interest in story-oriented games, like Apocalypse World, and the post-apocalyptic, post-Singularity hard sci-fi game Eclipse Phase.
If you're open to non-d20 games and non-fantasy settings, this is a group you want to get in on!
We'll be playing weekly sometime other than Thursday night, probably Monday or Tuesday evening.
Apocalypse World uses the Apocalypse Engine. Roll 2d6+modifier: on a 10+ you succeed, on a 7-9 you succeed with costs, and on a 6- you fail. The game is extremely flavorful and easy to learn. Character creation takes less than half an hour, letting you dive right in from the first session. (I can't post links yet, but more is here: apocalypse-world.com/backpitch.html )
Eclipse Phase has the most compelling transhuman setting I've ever read, and I can't wait to run it. (More here: eclipsephase.com/game )
Other games are on the docket too, but let's not bite off more than we can chew at first.
I'm just north of Franklin and will usually host.
