[Nat 20] - Author needed: The Archer's Handbook

With the popularity of characters like Legolas, I thought it was about time to shamelessly capitalise on the concept of the elite archer.

Natural 20 Press is seeking an author for The Archer's Handbook (working title only) to be released in PDF form in early 2003. It'll be around 64 pages in length.

The book will approach the archer in two ways:

1) A consolidation of existing archer-related Open Gaming Content, all in one place.

2) Lots of new material, including not only rules, but how to make the best of your archer character using the various options presented in the book.

So, if you feel that you could write this book, please drop me a line at morrus@d20reviews.com. You'll need to be able to start work at the beginning of January, and the deadline will be tight.

This was an intended pet project of my own. Never enough time to do all the projects we want to do.

I sadly look around at my room, with old character sheets of archers. And then over to where my own quiver lay, with a flemish bowstring just dangling out the front pocket.

Morrus, I am in the process of having the cover drawn up by our resident artist for "Three Arrows for the King - The Archer's Guide", for release in late first quarter 2003.
