It's 99 Pages long and is quite complete. The nice thing about this is it can be laid upon any D20 game out there. Which is what I was looking for. Most of the D20 Supers games out there are designed to use their own classes and thats it. With Four Color to Fantasy you can add it D&D if you want Fantasy Supers, or Spycraft or D20 Modern (when it comes out) if you want modern Supers or Dragonstar if you want Supers in Space. To me that is one of the greatest features of this system.
