Nature-modifying Wizardry?

I'm looking for ideas on a kind of wizardry that effects, modifies and shapes nature (mostly plants and animals); this shouldn't be a Druid's area, as Druids worship and protect nature, not change it to fit their needs.

It would be the speciality of one of my campaign's Elven subcultures (the Sila).

Want an OGL source? GR's 'Witch' is a nature based arcane caster that can go either way (good or evil). There's a PrC in the book called a 'Shaper'. You specialize in polymorph and transmutation spells, with a class ability that allows you to dominated those that have been polymorphed.

I believe the book provides a spell that curses someone with lycanthropy. They are also suseptible to the domination effect (I believe so, anyway :)).


EDIT:My mistake. Inflict Lycanthrope is actually a class feature based on the witches alignment.
