NC Game Day ??? - Did I Miss the Annoucement?

You didn't miss it - it jsut didn't happen yet. Probably because of

1) Excessive Work (yay for Rel!)
2) Forgetfulness (my sympathies for Rel )
3) The Holiday season (Wherein we all avoid work and gorge on turkey).

OR...

There was a broad suggestion last time around that we not post the Game Day thread until about 6 weeks out rather than 2 months because that way we wouldn't need to do so much bumping and such. I DO listen to these suggestions you know.

I'll be putting up reveal here at the house and Henry and Cthulhu's Librarian are welcome as usual. My wife has put a limit of three on the number of house guests that I'm allowed to cram in the basement so I'm afraid that unless a vacancy crops up I'll have to draw the line there. (But I'm totally going to try and break this rule and have a massive sleepover for the April Game Day!).

I don't have a lot of extra time to add all the usual Game Day info right now but I'll attend to that before the end of the holiday weekend.

Any thoughts as to whether we should continue this thread (which has thus far mostly been who might be coming and where they might be staying) or start a new one after consulting with Neal about when adding the games might take place?

As an aside, I might have space in my hotel room for any hot bab...er...a person (or two) depending on how many of my Charlotte buds make the trek !

I am currently planning to go. Also, if Henry will vouch for my GMing and the Powers That Be allow, I have it in mind to run a Feng Shui based G.I. Joe one-off that I ran with much success for Henry and a local group last Christmas, if there is any interest?

Well...since everyone is throwing their hat in the ring .

I am planning either a Grim Tales + BCCS Hybrid OR a Grim Tales + Grim Tales Magic playtest (provided the beta magic rules are ready out of Wulf's super-secret lab by then). Either way, I will probably be running a nautical Faded Glory scenario involving the Corsairs of the Crescent Sea.

Ramming, boarding actions, sea monsters...what more could you ask for?!

Nakia & I talked about possibly splitting a hotel room, maybe we could kick some $ in on yours if you have space? That would free up a spot in Rel's basement if I don't stay there, and Nakia won't be left in the cold hunting for his own place to stay. One you know if you've got room, let me know.

90% + chance I won't be staying at the hotel on Sat night. I have client meetings in Charlotte on Sun and would rather drive back down late Sat and sleep in a bit on Sun.
