[Necro Press Release] Necromancer to Publish Monster Book "Tome of Horrors"

As long as it comes out in a reasonable time I'll be extremely happy. The more I hear of this book the more I what it. I must this book... my... my precious... Ut oh... , Orcus you better make it sooner then later. I think a reasonalbe time would be like well... NEXT WEEK!!!!

Just kidding. :) Seriously though, you are right in that your book will complete what WotC MM2 does not cover. I see people buying both. After all how can people do without the monsters that you listed in your own forums.

Clark is right, the Tome of Horrors does complete the MM2. I would venture to call it the 3e FF, but we don't have a lot of the really, really weird stuff in there (tirapheg anyway)...though the Flumph is in our book. :D

Clark -er- Orcus,

How much OGC will there be in this beast? Inquiring module-writing minds want to know ;)

Sounds like the kind of resource that would give the d20 marketplace a good stiff injection of old skool inspiration! Kudos on the coup!

Cheers!

Flumphs!!

Thank the Role Playing Gods! I don't know how I ever played without the Flumph. I must have 3e stats for this monster. The complete terror of my 1e games. ;)

Well that is overstating my use of the Flumph just a little bit. Or could you tell. :)

In truth though I'm glad to see the only LG monster from the 1e FF make to 3e.

I just might have to change my sig.: Long Live the Flumphs!!

Well maybe not. :)

Well there's some happy people today I must say. Btw, Alaric, did you get my email yet? I hadn't heard from you and was hoping to email you back about a question I had for you.

All the creatures in the book will be Open Game Content, available for use by future publishers.

Every single creature in the book is OGC.

Plus, I put a step by step instruction section in the back on how to comply with the license when using the material, with multiple examples.

Wow. I think that makes you the first publisher to go the extra mile like that. That's really cool and considerate of you. :)
