Necromancer Artificer - DCs and Power level.

An artificer at 5th level acquires the armor infusion that allows a +5 or 100,000 gp enhancement onto an armor or shield. This includes Control Undead which lets them use the armor or shield to cast the 7th level wizard spell Control Undead.

Would the DC the undead have to make be:
1) 20 - The normal enhancements Level 7 spell with a +3 stat bonus required to be able to cast.
2) ?? - The Artificers normal DC of 13+ Int Bonus for a 3rd level infusion?

Also doesn't this seem to make the Artificer a little broken? With 200gp, a shield and a suit of armor he can have two copies of the enhancement running. Meaning 4 castings of control undead with the much extended version of the spell (lasting until dawn or 10 minutes/level). Albeit he needs to know a couple of minutes beforehand to cast the spell twice.

Excuse the Bump :)

No ideas on whether this would be a case of carrying on the DC of the Infusion or treating it similar to a summoned monster with its own spells and DCs?
