[Necromancer Games] Make Sure to Meet Us at GenCon!

GreenPiece

First Post
Hi there!

Make sure you look us up at GenCon! We are located near the entrance on the exibit hall in booths 115 and 215 (White Wolf), and 224 (Troll Lord Games). Bill, Jim, Casey, Pat, Bob, Ed, Erica, Scott, Kevin, and several other writers and artists wil be in attendance. Ed Bourelle will be signing limited edition bonus maps for those who purchase copies of Barakus at the show! Our newest artist, Veronica Jones, will be signing preview copies of a module cover (soon to be released), and Bill and all the rest will be available to sign books all through the show (schedule tbd).

Since the two booths are only a few feet apart, if you don't find someone at one, they will likely be at the other! Demo games will be run continuously (to the extent of our stamina), including material from unreleased modules and never seen-before adventures! Bring your Reaper miniatures, and a few might even be given away as special Gencon releases with our partners at Reaper! Buildings will be provided by The Miniature Building Authority for a special demo game hosted by Bill Webb in a city setting.

Make sure you pick up your copy of Lost City of Barakus at the Troll Lord's booth, and don't miss that limited edition pre-release of the Player's Guide to the Wilderlands, our Judges Guild Gazetteer, at the White Wolf booth! This is also a good time to pick up copies of those out of print modules before they are all gone!

We're looking forward to seeing you all at the show!

You'll find the old Troll Lords next door to Reaper and White Wolf and by looking over Bill,s Necromancer list and our own Troll list the booth is going to be (as it always is) one crazy place!

Aside from the Necro boys you'll find Seak K. Reynolds there as well...with luck signing copies of the Paths of the Magi.

Which ones are out of print?!? I hadn't heard about any Necro stuff being oop.

I asked Bill about this and here's what he replied:

All modules are 1 time prints; when they are gone, they are gone. Tome of Horrors is not out of print, but evreything else is a one time deal. The Book of Taverns may also be reprinted in the future. Rappan Athuk 3 and Tomb of Abysthor (a few left) are sold out already.

Hope that helps! :)

Just thought I would mention that this is how it works for most products from most publishers. Pretty much everything that is considered a niche product (and modules fall into that category these days) sees one print run and then the publisher is on to their next product.

Any plans to bunder them up in a PDF and sell them on RPGNow like a lot of other publishers do?
