Oh, for the love of Pete. How the heck did that get left out? :\

Well, my intent, when I turned the files over to Bill, was for every artifact to be declared 100% open content. The only stuff that's declared PI, and is thus off-limits, would be the Foreword, Introduction, and Appendix B: Random Artifact Creation.
