Need a DND --- character sheet

I need a template that's suitable for dnd 3.0 or 3.5, in .doc format [or something else that I can use to store character information neatly, online.]

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a really nice one here on Enworld, but now I can't find it.

I just want a character sheet that's nicely laid out and can be editted in Word or Wordpad. I remember there's a really nice one here. I used it for a few of my characters, but I've since had to replace my hard drive and can't find it again.

Maybe try on rpgsheets.com? Lots of character sheets end up there, so if you can't find it here, it might be floating around there.

Mostly finding PDFs on RPGsheets, which are nice for printing out, but I need digital copies of the sheets and those aren't really working out for that purpose.
