Need a Froghemoth!

Hey gang --

I need a Froghemoth -- pronto! He needs to be a level 16 elite (or so) (with leader and brute abilities) and there must be some kind of parasite creature on it that will drop off and attack like minions or skirmishers.

Basically, a 15th level encounter or such. HELP! :)

You might try this: Asmor.com - Monster Maker
It's a very handy program that I'm currently using to create baddies for my campaign. It's made by Asmor, who appears to be a god among D&D programmers. Not that his programs are super complicated or high-tech or anything -- they're just extremely simple to use and very useful, both sought-after qualities in a DM's campaign tools.

Look up the Roper in the monster manual. You can use its tentacle attacks for the frog's tongue.
You might go a long way by converting the Roper. Remove the spider climb, increase the speed to 6, and maybe give it Swampwalk, increase the HP to 360 or so, and I think you should be set.

Note - I did not create this! I think it was Henry! I've kept it in a google notebook since I saw it, because I too will eventually need this.

m Swallow (Standard; at-will) ♦ (only on bloodied creature)
The froghemoth attempts to swallow a bloodied Medium or smaller creature it is grabbing; +14 vs. Fortitude; on a hit, the target is swallowed, dazed, and restrained (no save) and takes 5 damage plus 5 acid damage on subsequent rounds at the start of the froghemoth's turn. The only attacks the swallowed target can make are basic attacks. If the Froghemoth dies, any creature trapped in its gullet can escape as a move action, ending that action in a square formerly occupied by the froghemoth.

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are after but I knocked up this for you.

Froghemoth lvl 16 (elite brute)
Froghemoth Young lvl 14 (skirmisher)
Froghemoth Spawnling lvl 14 (minion)

I did this on my lunch break so I havn't had time to see if they are balance. Also my own campaign hasn't reached such a high level so I have no real experience of paragon power levels for your group.
