Need a generic d20 character sheet

I need a flat-out generic d20 character sheet... I'm working on a homebrew game (mentioned in this thread here http://test.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15459) and could really stand to have a generic sheet so that I can maintain the element of surprise over my players... anyone have anything for me?

Hmmmm.... tough one. I think most are "marked" in some way. I am sure there has to be at least one somewhere...
