Need a good countervillian to this character

Okay, I want this 20th level paladin to have a half-brother who is his virtual opposite. Since I am a bit of a moron when it comes to actually thinking while playing, (i.e. jumping out a window to save a friend about to be eaten by ghouls without anybody holding the rope around my waist...case and point.)I am not very good at picking good feats. Anyhow, I need a villian, preferably a blackguard, who can make a counterpoint to this guy:
Name: Abjarr Malketh
STR: 110 (a lot of this is from a time when the gods needed a mortal champion to defeat Ashardalon, who had risen again. He was given quite a few books of gainful exercise.)
DEX: 16
CON: 20
INT: 16
WIS: 16
CHA: 20
Half-Dragon (gold) Human

truth be told, i could use some feats for him too.... :heh: :heh: :heh:

Well the first thing is that he should be a half-dragon of another variety. Clearly these guys have a very interesting family history. :) So maybe a half-dragon (Red)? Or maybe white to have the whole fire/cold thing going.

Then give him a 110 dex and let them duke it out. :)

1) stat-increasing manuals and tomes cap out at +5 inherent bonus. the same thing with wish spells. it is impossible to get any higher than a permanent +5 bonus using wish or tomes because inherent bonuses don't stack with each other; all other stat enhancers tend to be temporary and aren't inherent.

2) make the half-dragon green with chlorine breath. make him a cleric/blackguard with Trickery domain. the paladin focuses on melee with spellbackup; this build will focus on 50/50 melee-to-spell ratio. given that the paladin cannot buff as well, the cleric/blackguard has the advantage of enhanced ability scores, protective effects, and even outright immunities through buffs. let the slugfest begin. chlorine gas will at least give the paladin something to worry about as a status effect (consider casting spells on the paladin that inflict saving throw penalties first)

3) if you insist on making him a half-white/red dragon, dump blackguard and make him a sorc/elemental savant. focus on casting swift and immediate action spells for defense (energy aegis and deflect are particularly good), with the regular arsenal of attack spells (fire ball, cone of cold, etc). emphasize the fact that he's an intelligent opponent instead of being a melee fighter.
