Need a shield

I was wondering if any of you fine folks had a mechanically-folding tower shield written up somewhere. I specifically need something like a moveable wall for my gnomish archer.

What do you mean by "mechanically-folding"? Are you talking about a suitcase that turns into a shield?

More like the magical buckler from Song and Silence that can turn into a tower shield. What I'm kinda looking for is price/cost to make, penalties if any, that kind of stuff.
