Need equipment suggestions for a lvl 13 [OA] Shaman

Looking for advice on equiping a level 13 Shaman from Oriental Adventures. He is of the Vanara race. It is a friend's character, so I don't have all the stats available. But here is what I do have.

Str 9
Dex 12
Con 14
Int 14
Wis 18
Cha 18

(1) Mobile Spellcaster
(3) Skill Focus (Concentration)
(4) Ki Shout
(6) Augment Healing
(8) Iron Will
(9) Divine Vigor
(12) Sacred Healing
(12) Greater Ki Shout

He is mainly going to be the healer. I need equipment suggestions for a 13th level character.

FWIW, the character wealth is 110,000GP. I beleive he took the following items thus far:

Per. of Wis +6
Cloak of Cha +4
Strand of Prayer Beads (karma)

Any other ideas?

What sources are you allowed to choose from?

I can think of a few items from various sources that I'd love to have as a Shaman.

Mithril Breastplate (cast Magic Vestment, daily)
Heavy Mithril Shield (I don't recall whether or not they're even proficient, Magic Vestment again)
Adamantine Morningstar (cast Greater Magic Weapon, daily)
Ahnk of Ascension (Races of Faerun)
Ring of Evasion
Nighstick (Libris Mortis, get as many as you're allowed and (ab)use the hell out of Divine feats)
Candle of Invocation
Rod of Absorption
Prayer Bead of Karma
Never overlook the versatility of a well-stocked scroll collection

Would your friend enjoy construction criticism about his feat selections/ability score placement?

Thanks for the advice.

He is an already existing character that we are "revamping". So his ability scores are already set, as his is choice of race and classes. However, I (personally) would love to hear your thoughts on the build and any character builing advice/critism.

BTW, he took Mobile Spellcaster in place of Spellcasting Prodigy. I should also mention that the Ki Shout and Greater Ki Shout are part of his background, so while they might not be the best from a min/max standpoint, they are there for background flavor.
