Need Good Sources for an Urban/Industrial/Steampunk Game

I'm in the process of building a peudo-medieval fantasy/industrial/steampunk/urban/final fantasy setting. What I'm looking for is good source material to rip and assimilate. Specifically I need...

Mechanical Gadgets, Gear, Constructs and Urban Encounters
Magic Spells that could interact with said material.
Good Steampunk/Urban Prestige Classes.
Maybe a new race or some cultural archtypes.

What I don't need:
Artificer class or Artificing rules. Got it covered.
A Complete Setting. I'm just cherry picking.

I'm also cash-strapped, so cheap/free sources are preferred, but I might bend and purchase a highly reccomended book.

Open to suggestions.

Go to your local library and check-out Perdido Street Station by China Mieville. Its got loads of ideas ripe for just such a setting.
