Need help fast: make an exclusive skill available

Just convince the DM to make Read Lips cross-class instead of exclusive. There is no reason why anyone can't learn how to read lips, unlike the other exclusive skills.

PS: Why wouldn't the Paladin get a Remove Blindness/Deafness spell?
