Need help finding magic item

OKay I know I read about this magic item somewhere but can not find it in any of my books. I believe it is a set of rings but am not certain. The item granted the wears the Send spell once per week, I think. As long as a person was wearing the ring they heard the message, if they were not they didn't hear it. And just as with a sending spell you could send a short reply. Can anyone help me out with this item and tell me where I read it.

Nevermind I found them. They are rings of sending for anyone who is interested and can be located in the More Marches Web Enhancement on page 3.
