Need help naming a type of construct/mech!

Ok I'm back and boy thing has changed. I have decided to something more strange. I have decide to desigm living constructs or organic mechs to my world. Now the olny thing is different form the other mech based games is that mine will be in the shape vehicles as a sentient being. Think KITT from Kinghtrider with a HR GIGER style form. Also most of these are both hovertech and flying vehicles.

Now what I need help is I need a name to go with this. there is Zoids, War Striders, Doom Strider, War Mechs etc. Each of these is a unique name that describe the type or mech/construct for it's own world. I need a unique name for type of living mech/construct.

Hrmm.... biomech, bioconstruct, golemite, cybergolem, biogolem, cyberplasm, technogolem, technoplasm, avatar, juggernaught, colossus, vitatron, vitar, goliath, mechanite, golematrix, biomatrix, genomech, genomatrix, technoid, vitaloid, eidolon, aeon, archon, metalloid, amalgamite, xenomech......


It'd help if you gave more of a description for what you had in mind for these living constructs or organic mecha. Are they an alien race from another world, or creations of an ancient technological society, or strange visitors from Mechanus, or the product of a mad wizard, or something else? Hopefully someone else can come up with suitable names.

Ok remember, all these living constructs are more vehicles (airships, hover cars, skycarriers) but act like domestic beasts. Most of the names sounds to much like of big walking constructs.

Hmm vitatron, vitar and xenomech sounds interesting. It kinda on the same line as Gudam, Votoms, Patlabor and Viritech. The way these animes has their own unique name for the mechs.
