hell yeah man maybe go with some envenomed kukri's for my blades. could i use some of my skill points to maybe be proficient in poison's?? thinking maybe i could brew somethin up to attack the enemies strength or con when i slide in out of nowhere for the attack.

Don't ninjas already have poison use? I thought they did. But if not there is at least a feat somewhere for that.

Sounds good, although you'll need some very intense poisons to get past most creatures' Fortitude saves. Keep in mind that many creatures are immune to poison, especially at high levels.

Nightfall's right (again!), it really is up to your DM. Ninjas get Poison Use as a class ability, so proficiency is no problem. Your DM may or may not all you to take a Craft (poison) skill, or something similar. You'll have to ask the DM though. :)

DuDe iTz FLeX, has your DM given you character creation guidelines at all? Are you rolling for your statistics and hit points, for instance? Or are you using a point buy system?

Envenomed Weaponry: Beginning at 3rd level, a ninja can apply poison to her weapons without the usual chance to poison herself (see page 296 in the Dungeon Master's Guide). Starting at 9th level, she can apply poison to a weapon as a move action rather than a standard action. This ability can bring poison into play so quickly that foes may not notice its presence until they're already committed to combat.

From Here

he's gone by point buy on the first two campaigns i did with him. but pretty open and said i could do just about anything but psionics cuz in our last campaign i had a 16th level psion with a prestige in elocater and lets just say i broke his story. badly. so no psionics. but other than that he said go nuts. would a point buy be better or the other way around??

*isn't going to ask about the 16th level psion breaking*

Sound,

It's just luck I assure you that I'm right. :) That or being out of a place I didn't want to be in the first place.

And yes Ninjas are proficient in the use of poison but creating your own is generally the province of the DM.

I can't say whether point buy is good or not until we see what else is offered and how much the point buy is.

if im not mistaken when we started that campaign i cant remember if it was 10th or 12th level i want to say 12th but im almost positive the point buy was like 30-32 points.
