Need help pricing bracers of mini power attack

Body Slot: Arms
Activation: Swift (mental, at will)
Effect: Upon activation, you gain the benefit of the Power Attack feat for one round. You can only take a penalty on your attacks up to the lower of 2 or your Charisma modifier. They must be worn for 24 hours before you can activate them.

You sure you want mental activation, particularly with a Charisma requirement? I'd keep a spoken command, like a kihap to emphasize the ferocity in the bracers' name. I tend to reserve mental activation for higher price tags.
