Keep in mind that while the primary protagonists were the US and Communist China, plus their respective Korean allies, many other countries took part in the UN coalition protecting the ROK (South Korea). That allows for a lot of interesting character choices for an RPG...

No doubt. I visited the War Memorial in Seoul a few times when I was stationed in Korea. Inside the small dome that the Statue of Brothers is on, all of the nations that were involved through the UN have plaques set into the floor. It's pretty cool, and there were definitely quite a number.
