Need hex paper PDF (17x22 hexes; 8.5x11) with numbers

They used a 4 digit numbering system, with the firs two numbers denoting position of the column from left to right, the second two denoting position from top to bottom. It made finding a given location pretty darned easy.

*EDIT* They were available in 8.5x11 and 17x22, with the 8.5x11 3 hole drilled.
