Need lots of help with a Vassal of Bahamut

So, my character left the party in our D&D game (Faerun, don't worry, there's a Bahamut). I'm working on my new character, and I'm having some problems.

First, stats. As far as I can tell, with a Vassal of Bahamut, the only real dump-stat is Intelligence. So I'm having a HELL of a time with stats.

It's 42-point by (1-for-1), with a base of 6.

For those that don't know: The armor is +8 Armor, with a max dex of +4, -1 armor check, and counts as light armor. So, Dex can't be a dump stat (or at least, shouldn't be).

The build I'm thinking about doing is Human Paladin 5/Fighter 2/Vassal 6 (we're 13th level). Another thing I know my DM would be okay with is if I worked some Sword of Righteousness in.

Also, I need suggestions for feats. The character is a human from Cormyr.

Thoughts?

Don't worry about Iron Will, you're a Paladin therefore make sure your charisma is high and let your Divine thingamyjgger do its job of boosting your saves to astronomical levels, (make sure you buy the cloak of charisma +6).

OR

Greater Weapon Focus, +1 to hit, so what, get a decent weapon or strength enhancer.

OR

Improved Initiative, patience Calypso15-son, you will, eventually, get your turn.

As I keep on harking on about, try to get Resounding Blow and Quell the Profane. Believe me, your criticals will be legendary!!!

Also get one of the Divine feats like Vigour or Might to make use of the crappy turn undead attempts that will otherwise be wasted!

The problem is, I need all good stats. The way I'm seeing it now, they'll be:

16 Str, 14 Dex, 14 Con, 10 Int, 12 Wis, 15 Cha

Also, with Resounding Blow/Quell the Profane, the save DC wouldn't be very high (19). So are they still worth it?

I will definitely drop Improved Initiative and consider Divine Vigor (I wanted it, that's for sure. But it requires Extra Turning, bLech!)

BAB 7, Lawful Good, Craft (Armorsmithing) 5, Diplomacy 5, Sacred Vow, Vow of Obedience, must have killed a juvenile+ red dragon single-handedly.
