If you have a logical reason about Domes that I haven't thought about then tell me! I think that they might occur in later tech levels but they wouldn't make sense at the Fusion Age. It always seemed to me to be something that looked good on an old science fiction novel cover but not something that a city with economic worries would bother with. Once you get into a higher tech level then Terraforming would replace that anyway. Now I could see some large greenhouses or the equivalent for a park but even then it wouldn't be that tall, maybe two or three stories and easy to get to. Your right about EM. I should have not mixed that up about EM since I have taken classes on that.</blockquote>
