Need Password help with account!

I am constantly having to get a new password as the old one just stops working -- I tried reregistering and that didn't fix it. Sometimes getting a new password doesn't work either! What am I doing wrong, I really can't be bothered with this any longer!!!

two quick questions:

1. Is the word "Cyberstreet" ANYWHERE in your browser's address bar when you are on the page where you are logging in?
As you may already know, the cyberstreet forum adress is no longer used, and is very quirky.

2. Does your password only work for one visit, and everytime you close the browser you have to try logging in again?

You may have already tried to clear out all your cookies in your browser, or specifically the ENWOrld cookies, but if not, this is the first step.

In any event, I'll see if I can get an Admin to take a look at your problem.

What are all of your user names? Also, have you used the "send me my password" feature?

I seem to be at the right address.

It seems like the password used to be fine -- but now fails not after every visit, but normally within a day. I just had to get a new password again to post this. I will try clearing cookies by logging out each time...

I have mostly posted as veinglory -- but just also registered as vein. Use use the 'new password' feature every time this happens (many times now), but it is a multi-step procedure and tedious to do all the time. Also it sometimes doesn't work or tell em I have waited more than 24hrs (actually it was no more than 3 min).

Obviously, this shouldn't be happening. I'll look at the accounts and see if anything looks odd.

This is an oddball request, but do you have access to another PC (perhaps at a friend's house or library or school) that you might log in from? I'd be curious to see where the behavior is introducing itself, because it sounds vaguely reminiscent of a browser problem.

It's happened a few more times... at home I am on [sigh] aol, but I also get it when using my work computer...

... got it sorted. Not sure what it was but the IT guy at work seems to have fixed something in the browser.
