Need Some Character Design Help Please

I really could use some help because I'm crunched for time and I don't know the new system very well.

I need some Feat advice for some characters.

I am using the pregens from the wizards site as starts, and they offer level advice up to level 3, but I need help up to level 6.

I see that characters get a 4 and 6.

I need feats for:

Halfling rogue, Half-Elf Cleric, Dwarf Fighter, Human Wizard, Dragonborn Paladin, Tiefling Warlord, and a whole host of feats for a Warforged Artificer.

If anyone knows some obvious choices, please drop a line...

Thanks, playtest is tonight, and I really want to sell the game a bit.

If you want to sell the game, DO NOT USE THOSE PREGENS! (Except the Rogue. He's fine.)

Make a hammer-and-shield Fighter (with Tide of Iron), a Cleric with either 18 Wisdom or 18 Strength, an Orb Wizard, and a Paladin with either 18 Strength or 18 Charisma.

If you're using the Tiefling Warlord, change one of his At-Will powers to Commander's Strike.

Ok, no problem switiching a few things around...

But I really need help picking the feats.

ALSO: Should 6th level characters have magical items?

That is, if you can get everyone to agree as to how Commander's Strike is supposed to work. ;)
Not a problem if they're using pregens. He just has to tell them how (he thinks) it works.

Feats: what do you have so far?

Magical items: yes. Each character should have a 7th level item, a 6th level item, and a 5th level item, plus gold equal to the price of a 5th level item.

I thought it allowed a Warlord to give an ally an attack but with a bonus?

Oh and yes 6th lvl characters should have magic items. Actually, if I'm not mistaken, aren't 1st lvl characters expected to gain magic items?

Yes, a five person party should be picking up 4 items per level.

DMG 126

I'd allow them to pick, or you can just assign, one weapon or implement, one armour, and one other.

Note that they can have found a level 9 item at this point. Not sure how you want to balance who gets it...

Ok, it looks like I'm over my head a bit...

I need feat suggestions. Magical Items too I suppose.

Ok here are the feats.

Halfing Rogue: Backstabber, Halfling Agility,

Half-Elf Cleric: Armor of Bahumut, Group Insight,

Dwarf Fighter: Power Attack, Dwarven Weapon Training,

Human Wizard: Improved initiative, Action Surge, Human Perserverance,

Dragonborn Paladin: Healing Hands, Enlarge Dragon Breath,

Tiefling Warlord: Tactical Assault, Arcane Initiative,

Warforged Artificer: NONE YET!

It looks like I need two feats and magic for each of these guys...

Game is in 6:30 hours... UGG! I still need to make a map!

Oh, now looking through the warlord I see that it has no range.
Shame on WotC. Shame.

Oh and as for 6th level characters, on pg 143 of the DMG it states:

For magic items, choose one item of your level + 1, one item of your level, and one item of your level - 1. In addition, you have gold pieces equal to the value of one magic item of your level - 1. You can spend this money on rituals, potions, or other magic items...
