Need Summoned Monster Stat Blocks for 3.5

Does anyone have a link or can send me a document of Summoned Monsters (and Nature's Ally's) stat blocks?

I could really use this print out and can't seem to find anything on the internet.

Speaking of which, I'd LOVE it if Monster 3.5 would have all of the templates to work with. That's one of the biggest pains for me, is when templating creatures, having to take the time to stat them out. If a program could just do it for me, it would make many a DM's life easier...
