Needing Help with a Name for a New Rule

Hey All,

I am developing a barter/trade/service system for 4th Edition and our upcoming Secrets of Cthonia product for the Feudal Lords Campaign Setting. The system is simple enough, but I am having a problem coming up with a name for the units of time characters gain spent working on those tasks.

As of now, I am using Time Units (TU), but it is what Living RPGA used in 3rd and I don't want it confused with that system because it is different.

I also don't want the obvious, Time Points (or TP) because TP is also short for toilet paper (I can hear the jokes already).

So any help on this would be great, my mind is just blank.

Well how long is the 'time unit' in game time? That is, if it's a week, why not just call it a week?

Does the amount of time change for different situations? If so, why are you making a 'time unit' to represent an unpredictable value?

Anyway . . . you could call them Measures, as in 'measure of time'.

A "Labour." One of your man-months (or whatever) is one Labour. [Or Labor if you really must, for an American audience.]

Or a "Strive," a "Project," a "Rota," or a "Tithe." Each has to be interpreted loosely but each could work.
