negative energy feats

Folks --

My wife (who used to play Ayla, for those who recall the Smackdown series from years ago) is now playing a negative energy channeling cleric. Very much an Adepta Sororitas type. And she's looking for a new feat.

My question: I *know* I recall a non-epic feat that improved the ability of someone with the rebuke ability to command more undead -- maybe twice her class level? I've seen the epic feat, and that's not the one I'm talking about. I've re-read Libris Mortis, Heroes of Horror, Book of Vile Evil, the works. I'm just going nuts here.

Anyone know the feat I'm talking about?

While I, too, seem to recall a feat similar to what you've mentioned, the name and source escape me at the moment.

However, I can recall the Improved Turning feat from the PhB, the Undead Leadership feat (Libris Mortis perhaps?) and the spell General of Undeath from the Player's Guide to Faerun.

It's not a feat but a Granted Power by the Deathbound Domain:

Deathbound LM, 60
Granted Power: Your limit for controlling undead animated with spells increases to three times your caster level instead of the normal two times caster level.

Feat:
Empower Turning, Ability to turn or rebuke undead, Can turn more undead, LM 26
