Nerf guns becomes more real!

Hi all, I just saw a commerical for the the new NERF toy line of guns and they have more real. I mean one gun is a pistol with laser sighting and they have a rilfle that is interchangeable like a sniper's rifle. I mean wow this getting weider every year.

They still sell nerf guns? I can't recall seeing any around in a long time, though I admit I haven't been looking for one specifically.

Brings back fond memorys of nerf-gun wars though...I do believe that my brother's and I have proven beyound doubt that nerf darts are magnetically attracted to the human eyeball...

A laser sighting? Couldn't you blind someone with that?
 

The toy line is NERF N-Strike and it actually a high powered light beam.

They had a light beam sight on a gun like a decade ago. I think it was called the Eagle Eye or something. Of course, the sight was on top the gun so the trajectory of the shot made it useless. They had clips and rotating magazines before that too.

Of course, those guns usually didn't shoot as well as guns like the sharpshooter or NB-1 even if they had faster reloads.
 


Lol. So I am not the only person to think about tearing the innards out of one of these things and replacing it with functional weaponry.
Right?
