Neverwhere would make a great setting.

I'm hoping that some kind of collection of information about the world of Neverwhere will come out.

It really needs to be collected somewhere in order to make a roleplaying game.

So your saying the series came out before the book? I didn't know that. I also haven't seen the series yet, but have been watching for it on eBay.
I am not looking for a setting for them, I am just interested in creating them if possible and not knowing where to start.

Your best bets probably not to take croup and Vandemar exactly, just steal the idea and play with it until you get something that approximates their feel in DnD terms. I think their personalities could fit very well with an intelligent Troll and Ogre bounty-hunter team.

I think one of the most powerful things about the miniseries was that it changed my attitude... and not many TV shows can do that.

It was absolutely right, that the down and outs were "invisible" to the normal people that had jobs. I decided to take off my invisibility goggles and pay attention to, talk to and help some of the down and outs in my city.

Good writing, Neil Gaimen.
