Having been a roustabout this class really makes no sense to me. It would be like naming a class Medic and have all his powers be about dealing damage.
lol I wonder, what sort of abilities would fit better?

Carry Stuff
Encounter * Martial
Target One object or group of objects (total weight no more than your maximum carrying capacity)
You automatically pick up the target object(s), and can move up to your speed without provoking opportunity attacks. At the end of your move, you automatically put down the target object(s), as it has become too heavy.
Recharge Whenever another appropriate target object or group of objects has been delivered by truck within line-of-sight.

I like the idea of roustabouts being able to choose "roughneck" as epic path.

I've read some fluff information about them and well, I like the concept of having a super advanced city called "Metropolis", where they can earn new skills and combat maneouvers.

FOUR skills trained at level 1? More like zero!

Ok thanks everybody. :)

This class was just my first try at creating something. I have played DnD twice and really appreciate the feedback.

For everyone who thinks this class is just crap, it guess thats just what it is. Crap. I apologize for making such a bad class and then asking you to type about it.

Thanks to everyone who replied to the posting. Mach1.9pants, VBMEW-01, arscott, Fifth Element, Goreg Skullcrusher, SaffroN, Goobermunch, deathdonut, Lizard, RandomCitizenX, lurkinglidda, doctorhook, and Cirex.

Good luck everybody! :)

Maybe make powers based around aid another... I know I was doing that when I was a roustie.

Change the daily to restoring 1 healing surge per character -- this gives them a bit of an extra push without (I'm guessing) breaking the mechanics completely.
