i was gonna say it sounds more like a scientist archetype, but the hacker is already a scientist archetype (instead of a...scout...archety--ok, this is confusing...)Hmm....Datamancer would make a good archetype for the Psion class. A psion who can access and manipulate tech with just their mind.

A hacker would use whatever tools they had at their disposal to hack a piece of tech into doing their bidding. A datamancer otoh would be able to perceive the flow of data within the tech and manipulate it much like a telepath can manipulate another person's thoughts.
