I don't get the part about the firewall at DC 18. I think it was the purchase DC but what then would be the DC for getting through? I couldn't be the same dc as the purchase 'cause in the beginning of the question he says computers have a dc20 minimum.

I don't have the book in front on me, but I imagine that there are hacking DCs associated with "average" and "exceptional" security
