that brings to mind a question.. how many characters can a player have now on 13k?

And one-shot adventures... will just be adventures posted by DMs, and will say that they're a one-time thing, instead of a regular campaign. Just keep eyes open for them, then sign up, as far as I know.

Players can have two active characters at a time. In addition, a player can have a gladiator character to participate in the Ulruz Arena battles for a total of three. The gladiator character cannot be used in other adventures and vice versa.

I'll be running probably one 1-shot adventure per month, and one Arena match session per month. Sundays are my normal game day, so sessions would start at Noon Pacific time (3pm Eastern).

I'd like to get more people running 1-shot adventures They don't require ongoing time committment, and can be a lot of fun! To participate as a player, just keep an eye out for new sessions in the Questing for Adventure forum.

No real requirements. I mean, there isn't a test or anything like that. If you run it online, just post a new thread in the questing for adventure forum. There's a form to use, but it is really quite simple as you can see.

The form is at www.the13kingdoms.org under FAQ >>Forms. You could also just copy an existing entry and change the data.

To be added to the group with access to the DMs+ forums here, just click the "My Account" button at the top, then the "Group Memberships" button on the left side of the screen that pops up. You'd join the T13K DM usergroup.

Eroria, I love that at the bottom of your posts it says player of Eroria, Katernin, and the DECEASED Ilka. You just can't let go of the past, eh? Seriously, that's cool. Some day in the futre you could have a long list of deceased characters. People would nod in respect as you pass knowing that you have the battle scars of a veteran 13 Kingdoms player.



I hope you can play in my new campaign. As soon as I get settled in my new house (I'm about to unplug my computer after this post) I'll be getting it together. You have always been one of the best players I ever DMed.

I look forward to your game! I can definitely play on tuesdays and probably play weds, which sound like the days you're thinking about.

The blend of roleplay and tactics is great.. two flavors that don't often go together. If I do play, I guess I'll have to get a PHB, or take extensive notes from the SRD.

((Ilka is more worthy of mention than most of my past characters.. I never thought I could enjoy playing a dwarf so much!))
