Great class you have, personally I feel that it is closest to a martial controller due to the fact that at every level you have a burst or blast option. The only thing i would love to see and i don't know if it fits well enough is the addition of a few javelin abilities, I have always pictured a class like this raining down javelins before pulling out their main spear to finish the enemies off.
 

Thanks for the vote of confidence. That's something to consider when I go through and revise the lower level powers. I've been thinking that the lower level Precision Strike powers don't really add much to the theme, so when I do I may add some Javelin abilities. Do you have any suggestions?

If you are going to add some javelin powers I would use wizard cold spells as a base, thrown ranged powers which leave the opponent stunned, dazed, ect.. so you can can move in the next round for the kill. As you get higher in levels give them small blast (2) to keep it somewhat reasonable you cant give them to large an area you are showering the area with javelins to immobilize your opponent before unleashing a powerful attack on them. You would probably only use a power like this once per encounter so I would only make 2-3 encounter powers like this and 1-2 daily powers.
 


Big update here.

I've added two new paragon paths, the Elemental Fury and the Divine Shield and a bunch of feats. Also, I've gone over most of the power list and made a few additions and changes. I've improved some of the lower level Precision Strike powes, added a few bonuses for using a staff to several powers, and added a small handful or ranged powers to benefit the use of the only ignored spear with this class, the javelin. Full list of edits are below and in the edit post.

-----Daily 9 Lunge and Sweep now adds Intelligence to damage to all attacks, not just the first.
-----Encounter 13 Rotating Assault now offers a +2 bonus to hit with a staff.
-----Encounter 13 Leaping Attack with Precision Strike now pushes the target a number of squares equal to your Intelligence modifier.
-----Added Hail Storm to Encounter 13.
-----Daily 15 nows offers a +2 bonus to hit with a staff.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's been fixed. Also, thank you for making a PDF. It looks great and you were able to guess Javelin Hail's attack dead on.

A quick fix. Spinning Strike made Rapid Strike worthless, so now Spinning Strike can affect adjacent allies as well and has a -1 penalty to hit. This is not factored into the pdf yet and if anyone has a better solution, I'd be glad to hear it.
